BO2 2 COMPETITION MEAL
We are pleased to be in a position to offer a competition meal at the final BOS round this year.
It will be a Pizza Night at Fforest Fields campsite, similar to the very successful evening last year. It will be held on Thursday 13 August (7.30pm - 9.00pm). If it is a good flying day those returning late after an XC, will have their order boxed for later.
PRICE
The meal will be FULLY SUBSIDISED for:
- Pilots registered before 1 August
- Retrieve drivers registered on the Coordinated Retrieve System (Details of how to register will follow in due course)
- Special Guests
For everyone else the cost will be £20 per head.
The Pizza Night Order Form (one per order) will be emailed to all pilots and posted here as soon as possible on (or after) 1 August. It needs to be submitted by end of day on Wed 13 Aug to be sure of a place.
Late orders will be considered on an individual basis depending on our capacity to process them and the campsite's flexibility - we have been asked to give them a week's notice. There is likely to be a charge for late orders.
Pilots are asked to ensure that the order form is passed on to their drivers and any others who may be coming along.
